JOE FORBES, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Joseph Forbes, Jr (56) has built a career in creating and building technology companies in multiple disciplines. Mr. Forbes has been the founder of six (6) successful firms in energy, clean tech, consulting, hardware/software development and wireless communications over the previous 25 years with high returns to investors through public/private exits, leveraged buyouts and successful capital formation with Fortune 100 Companies. Mr. Forbes is a prolific inventor. He is the named inventor of over 100 patents focused on the evolution of the electric grid from a centralized, one-way architecture to one that is two-way, steeped with advanced Internet Protocol based communication and advanced energy financial settlements.


Chris Duzich, Board Advisor, CAUSAM eXchange

Chris is an energy expert with experience in commercial, residential, finance, solar and green initiatives.  He brings more than two decades of experience in scaling companies into market leaders in the energy sector.  Prior to joining Causam eXchange, Chris served as Senior Vice President at Just Energy (NASDAQ:  JE).  Chris was responsible for a $1.9 Billion profit & loss as well as sustainability brands.  Chris has led successful teams at Spark Energy, Hudson Energy, Just Energy Solar, Data Paradigm and Team Analytics.


TAYLOR BROCKMAN, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR

Taylor Brockman is a software development expert. Taylor has 15 years of venture capital backed software product innovation and delivery experience in the mobile commerce, medical benefits management, and electrical Smart Grid industries. Taylor co-founded Motricity (NASDAQ: MOTR) in September 1999 and was instrumental in growing the company to more than $100M in annual revenues and 500 employees globally. As Motricity’s Research Technology Architect, Taylor invented, designed, and implemented one of the industry’s leading mobile content delivery platforms – a platform that has delivered more than $3B of content to mobile phones.

Jeff Ronaldi

Jeff Ronaldi has over 25 years’ experience working with a wide variety of technology companies with a focus on communications and Intellectual Property. He was most recently Chairman and CEO of Document Security Systems (NYSE: DSS) where he combined his expertise in creating value in new technology ventures and the ability to monetize Intellectual Property. He was involved with two separate technology companies that went public in the mid to late 90s. Both companies (UUNET Technologies and Concentric Networks), were Internet Service Providers and were eventually acquired by Verizon. Since 2002, he has helped companies realize the value of their patent portfolio through licensing and litigation. He has been a founder of multiple technology companies that have produced in excess of $500m.

Jim Bennett

Jim Bennett is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur. Jim has over 30 years in expertise in real estate and construction with much of that time spent in the acquisition and construction of wireless telecom facilities and towers. Jim has started over 10 companies in his career than span manufacturing to real estate development companies. Prior to joining Causam’s Board, Jim ran a very successful site development business, Galaxy Site Services, in Florida which developed wireless tower facilities for carriers. Jim has also served as Director of Site Acquisition and Construction for Dial Call (Nextel) and Bell South Mobility in their South Florida operations. Jim has been an investor in all of Forbes’ ventures since 1995.
